RETURNS POLICY

Our Returns policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Sale items, including flash sales like Fri-yay Fashion Fixes, are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tags attached to the garment and unworn, should this be the case unfortunately your item will be returned back to you.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and have issued your refund . We issue refunds within 1-5 working days from receipt of your return, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/ debit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have received an email from us confirming a refund but you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should fill in your returns slip and post your product to: CHIC HAPPENS, 41-43 MARKET STREET, CHORLEY, LANCASHIRE, PR7 2SW.


You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. 

When you are shipping your item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
