This dress is fabulous to dress up and down by pairing with some lovely heels or flats. The top part of the dress is a flattering smocked fabric with elasticated cuffed wrists and a tiered skirt. Available in sizes 8-16. It fits true to size but due to the stretch in the smocking you can size down or size up in it. Fully lined, 100% polyester.
